Management Training Program

At a base level, Extraordinary Vision Solutions trains entry level team members to act as liaisons between clients and prospective customers in the local business market. On a management level, Extraordinary Vision Solutions acts as an advisory agent to marketing firms within the organization, as well as prepares recently promoted Managing Partners to oversee new markets and campaigns. Our plan is to double in size by the end of 2018. We need goal oriented team members who have the entrepreneurial mind-set to contribute to our growth. Brand Ambassador

In the Brand Ambassador phase, you will learn how to effectively execute a retail marketing campaign for one of our Fortune 500 clients. The Brand Ambassador is the first line of contact for new and existing customers, so the Brand Ambassador phase has a large focus on customer service. Once this is learned, the Brand Ambassador will help manage their own retail marketing campaign.

Account Manager

In the Account Manager phase, you will be responsible for multiple retail marketing campaigns throughout the city. The Account Manager will train other Brand Ambassadors and Account Managers using our award winning training system. In addition, the Account Manager will help the company conduct second round interviews with the aim to explain our role while working with our Fortune 500 clients.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager’s responsibilities transition from an “in front of the scenes” focus to a more “behind the scenes focus”. The Assistant Manager will start learning skills that are instrumental to the inner-workings of a company such as payroll, how to conduct interviews, and how to manage banking and budget. The most important role of the Assistant Manager is the planning of expansion. Our globally known clients are looking for us to grow into their massive footprint, the Assistant Manager will learn how to directly communicate and work with these clients in order to plan for future expansion.

Manager

The Manager’s role starts with brand management. The Manager is responsible for retail marketing campaigns within their territory. Along with this, the Manager will be responsible for making sure that the retail marketing campaigns represent our client’s standards, the retail store’s standards, and our company’s standards in the best light. With every manager starting from an entry-level position with the goal of working their way up, we are able to continually deliver the results our clients and customers expect.
